Looks awesome, and it's concept art for sure. PiP concept is awesome for those who want it, but the buttons around it is really not so user friendly. I really like the simplified capacitor/shied/armor circle. Not sold on the overview.

All it does is increase demand in Plexes. The deal is bad if you account for $$ -> Plex -> Videocard. But if you have a lot of isk/bot why not RMT it into a videocard.
